Hi, I’m Celine!
I am a Master of Counselling Psychology student completing my practicum and offering counselling sessions under clinical supervision at a reduced rate.
I support adults navigating difficult or uncertain times in their lives, whether you are experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, relationship concerns, or looking for a space to better understand yourself. I am also a board-certified genetic counsellor with a special interest in supporting individuals as they navigate genetic conditions, medical diagnoses, and fertility challenges, including how these experiences may affect daily life, relationships, emotional well-being, and sense of self.
My goal is to create a safe, compassionate, and collaborative space where you can share your story. I believe you know yourself best, and my role is to support you in developing greater self-understanding and self-compassion. Together, we can work toward meaningful goals that align with your values, at a pace that feels comfortable for you. My therapeutic approach is informed by Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and Person-Centered Therapy.
Outside of counselling, I enjoy exploring the outdoors, going for walks, trying local coffee shops, immersing myself in a good book, and spending time with my dog and loved ones.
Hi, I’m Grace!
Our relationships and experiences shape how we see ourselves, connect with others, and move through the world. Sometimes, the patterns we develop to protect ourselves or maintain connection can leave us feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected. Counselling can offer a space to slow down, better understand these patterns, and explore what might be happening beneath the surface.
I work with individuals navigating anxiety, trauma, relationship challenges, life transitions, and experiences of interpersonal violence. My approach is warm, relational, and trauma-informed, with a focus on attachment and how our past experiences can shape our present relationships.
I believe healing happens through safe and meaningful connection. In our work together, I aim to create a space where you feel understood and supported, while honouring the resilience and strengths you already carry.
My practice is grounded in person-centered and attachment-based perspectives and informed by Emotion-Focused Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
I am currently completing my Master of Counselling and offer reduced-rate counselling as a practicum student under clinical supervision.
