Clinical Supervision with Chantelle
Whether you are getting your hours for BCACC registration, a new Grad looking to develop your skills, or an experienced Counsellor looking for support and guidance.
Why Clinical Supervision is Important
Clinical supervision is critical to developing and maintaining a counselling practice that is safe, effective and ethical. As a trained clinical supervisor, I have been providing clinical supervision and consultation since 2015. Over this time, I have provided clinical supervision to many pre-registered clinicians and seasoned professionals (both RCC and RSW). It has become a passion of mine to provide support through a relational, anti-oppressive and trauma-informed lens.
Chantelle’s Experience
Outside of private practice, I have worked in various clinical settings and am currently the Manager of Learning and Development at the Bridge Youth and Family Services. In this role, I support members of the counselling team and numerous practicum students to continue to grow and develop their clinical practice. In 2021, I was honoured to receive an award for excellence in Clinical Teaching from the BC Centre of Substance Use’s Social Work Fellowship Program.
What Chantelle Offers
I am currently available to provide individual clinical supervision and consultation for counsellors, social workers, students, and other health care professionals who are seeking support and deeper insight into how they can better understand, support, and treat their clients. In my practice, I have specialized in the areas of mental health, substance use, complex trauma, and group therapy. Please feel free to reach out to discuss your clinical supervision needs to see if I could be a fit to support your practice. Whether you are acquiring supervision hours for your registration (eg BCACC) or are seeking accountability, support and professional growth - I would be happy to have a free consultation call to discuss your needs. Various arrangements can be explored based on your supervisory needs and budget, such as individual, small group and large group supervision.
